Request Account & Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your OTRKeychain account and its associated data at any time. This page explains how to make that request and what happens next.

How to request deletion

What to include

Please do not email sensitive information. Do not send passwords, business or compliance documents, receipts, payment-card numbers, medical information (such as a DOT medical card), or other sensitive files. We only need your account email and your request.

Verifying your request

To protect your account, we may need to confirm your identity before deleting data — for example, by contacting you at the email address on file. This helps make sure no one else can request deletion of your account.

What gets deleted

Once your request is verified, the account data associated with your OTRKeychain account — such as your profile, loads, revenue, expenses, fuel records, settlements, and uploaded documents — will be deleted or de-identified. Some information may be retained where we have a legitimate need to keep it, including to meet legal, security, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations, and limited records may persist in routine backups for a period before being overwritten.

How long it takes

We will acknowledge your request and work to process it within a reasonable time after we verify it. If we need more information from you, we will let you know.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription

Deleting your OTRKeychain account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription. If you subscribed through our website, cancel through the billing settings in the app (Stripe). If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you must cancel through Apple or Google, on the platform where you subscribed. Please cancel your subscription separately to avoid further charges.
